• At this time Verbatim is not honoring refunds. 

• If the item is in its original packaging with the tag attached, an exchange will be granted. 

• There will be no exchanges for items that are outside of its original packaging and without tags.

• Verbatim does not accept exchanges for items that are soiled, torn or worn. 

• Customer is responsible for shipping cost.

• Before purchasing your order please be sure to select the correct shirt color and vinyl. 

• Verbatim is not responsible for incorrect color/vinyl chosen by customer.
